When you submit a fitting request, the contact details, garment description, and files you choose to provide are processed so Elegant Stitch can review the request and respond about next steps.
Form security
The request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse. Turnstile runs in the background and Cloudflare describes its processing in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Elegant Stitch collects only the information you choose to provide through the contact form, phone, text, email, or in-person visits — typically your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, service description, and any garment details or photos you share.
This information is used solely to respond to your fitting or alteration request and to communicate about your garment. It is not sold, rented, shared with third parties for their own marketing, or added to promotional mailing lists.
The contact form on this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure and delivered by email to the shop. The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for aggregated site measurement. Review Google's privacy policy for details about how those services handle data.
